Guidance for Vendors
To those interested in supporting the QC Summer Games as vendors/sponsors, thank you. There are many ways to do this. The best approach would be to contact Rhonda Elsbury at rhondakelsbury@gmail.com or call Rhonda at 309-798-7369 for details.Registration/Deadlines – all registration options explained
1. Ages 40 and over QC Summer Games – register from the “Registration” tab of the website. You are able to register for the Fleet Feet 5k as one of your unlimited events.
2. Ages 39 and under Track & Field entry – separate registration from the registration tab of the homepage. The Fleet Feet 5k is not included. If you want to do both, the best way is to register for the 5k through Fleet Feet, get a Q code and then register for the QC Summer Games track meet with the Q code and get 50% off.
3. Youth (2 – 14) Track & Field meet on May 30 – a couple of options
- Separate registration through the Summer Games from the registration tab of the homepage. Those who register using a Q-code from the Fleet Feet 5k will get 50% off.
- Through the Two Rivers YMCA – register for either the Running Academy program (6 – 14) culminating in the meet or just for the meet (2-14): https://www.tworiversymca.org/track
4. Ages 39 and under bare-bones registration for either of the two cycling races. It will cost $10 for each race. Register by sending an email to jclipa@sbcglobal.net. Bring cash and sign waiver at the start like you would for a group ride. Note: registration from QCBC calendar not offered. Same pricing ($10) for under-40 cyclists regardless of QCBC membership.
Paper registration from the “Registration” tab of the homepage may be used to substitute for any of the above, but it is not the preferred way.
On-line registration deadlines are May 14 for pickleball and May 24 for all other events. After May 1, tee shirts may not be available in all sizes.
Please register as early as possible. We will allow walk-up registration (except for swimming), but our timing company is asking for a few days to get the registration info and get organized.
